Cabinet update!

A little scrapbook paper mod podged onto clear contact paper...and tada....a new look for my plain white shelves. Maybe I should start taking BEFORE pictures too!

Here are some random craft projects I have been working on.

Bre's baby room elephants :) First thing I have painted in a LONG time! Maybe even since years ago when I got my degree in illustration!

Anyone want a canvas clock for a baby room? I don't have a baby!

I revamped some drawers today. I like it!

My first cakes!

This was a birthday cake for my niece who loves to read. I used gum paste and fondant for the decor and the cake is a lemon cake.

These are mini animal cakes to practice building with fondant.

This was my first "tiered" cake. When I baked the cake one of them fell apart which is why there is a small rectangle on top. It was for a bridal shower with fondant and lemon cake with lemon butter cream and filling.

This was my husband's birthday cake. It is a German chocolate cake with fondant and painted with food coloring.

Princess cake for a 3 year old birthday party. Half covered with fondant other half with butter cream. Decorations are made from gum paste.
